Founder of the Dorr PARIS signature in 2010, Garry Dorr runs 11 independent restaurants in Paris including the Bar à Huîtres and the Grand Bistro.

Son of a restaurateur, he trained under Alain Ducasse, Joël Robuchon, Jean François Piège, Louis Grondart and today composes his menus with Jean-Jacques Jouteux. The values of hospitality, product quality and service, dictate daily how he runs his restaurants.

His philosophy? Offering signature products tailor-made experience and high-class restaurants to his customers. Innovative, he knows how to break codes to always surprise, and create a tailored and limitless universe.
